Ingredients
½ mango
½ pineapple
1 orange
75 g carrots
½ piece of ginger (about the size of a walnut)
½ stalk of mint
Preparation
1.Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces.
2.Peel the pineapple half. Remove generously the stalk. Cut the fruit into large pieces.
3.Peel the orange. Cut them in two. Remove the seeds and cut the fruit into large pieces.
4.Peel the mango. Cut them in half and remove the core. Cut the pulp into large pieces.
5.Wash off the mint.
6.Peel the ginger and cut off narrow slices.
7.Put the mango pieces, the carrot pieces, the orange pieces in a blender and puree everything well.
Add the ginger pieces and the mint and puree everything well again. Then serve the smoothie in large glasses.
