He has taken part in Radio Voz, Onda Cero and Arenteiro Dixital since 1993. As well as in the Channel 26 Tv of Carballiño. Eventual journalistic collaborator in digital platforms of Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, USA or Argentina, after the nutrition section of the Xornal Escolar since 2008, from 2013 he is an opinion columnist in the newspaper La Región (Ourense), in the paper and digital versions. He is also a columnist in the extinct Fan-zine of Carballiño and party programs, the cultural magazine El Libredón and different art catalogues promoted by public and private institutions.
