The texture was very creamy smooth and had moderate slip so it took a little longer to set which made it a more smudgeable formula but I had to ensure I wasn t pairing it with a more luminous foundation or else I had some migration as it was drying down I was able to diffuse blend out the line as it was drying down and then didn t have further issues with it migrating The eyeliner thinned fa
