Professionalism, Punctuality and a Personalized approach to my translation work.

I am a freelance French / English / Swahili Translator with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi in Kenya. I also hold an advanced French language certificate from Université Paul Valéry in Montpellier, France. I have been working as a full-time translator since 2016, but before then I worked for 23 years on a part-time basis. I have undertaken different types of assignments for various organizations and agencies from many parts of the world. I have also been involved in book translation, using mainly the Tektime/Traduzionelibri platform. So far I have translated a total of 14 books from English to French, and 2 books from French to English. I received 5-star ratings for each of these jobs. So far I have also translated successfully 3 books from English to French using the Babelcube platform, and I hope to be able to translate many more in the future, by God's grace.

I also translate regularly and on a voluntary (unpaid) basis Christian articles for The Gospel Translations (based in the USA). Even though a fairly large part of my translation work is in the religious (Christian) domain, I also have vast experience in medical, technical, economic, legal and literary translation. I can guarantee high quality work within set deadlines.
