I am a political scientist with interest in gastronomy. I published in 2012 a book that comprises 12 interviews to venezuelan chefs, under the name I LOVE AJI DULCE, and I am just about to publish a new one called CONVERSACIONES DE COCINA, composed by 13 interviews to chefs from all over the world, like the French Guy Savoy, the italian/argentinian Donato de Santis, the peruvian/french Astrid Gutsche, the french/spaniard Mikel Alonso, the Mexican Enrique Olvera, the spaniard Rafael Zafra, the peruvian Pedro Schiaffino, the argentinian Federico Fialayre, the chileans Matías Palomo, Rodolfo Guzmán and Tomás Olivera and the colombian Jorge Rausch. All of them are very well known chefs, and the vast majority have their own TV shows.
CONVERSACIONES DE COCINA is a 250 page book that will shortly be released in Spain and as an ebook on its original spanish version.
