Five members of Alcoholics Anonymous share their experience strength and hope to help the suffering alcoholic. Witness the language of the heart.
Genre: RELIGION / SpiritualityBook just released February 11 2019
In this book, recovering/recovered alcoholics share their lives in the hope that a powerful message can be passed to the still suffering alcoholic.
If you love an alcoholic, but, are distraught with that person’s behavior, then you might just find out something of real benefit to you.
There are many different help organizations that are there just for that reason. Some of them will be listed at the rear pages with general help contact details.
Every one of us that have recovered and sharing, are members of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Many of the people sharing have had dealings with Rehab centers. Some of us were introduced to AA meetings while detoxing.
I can only talk for myself, AA was the only thing that helped me achieve sobriety.
For those of you who know nothing about Alcoholics Anonymous, I would ask of you to look up the information and maybe if you have a computer, do a search for the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. As members, when we share, we sometimes use the term. (BB). I think most of you will be fascinated when you discover how AA was started back in the nineteen thirties, and how much the fellowship has grown since then.
Even more surprising, the fact that the first two members of AA were a New York stock broker, and a Doctor.
