White mushrooms 300 g
Vegetable broth cubes 2 pieces
Onion or shallots 1 piece
White wine 2 cups
Cream 150 ml
Parmesan 100 g
Garlic 1 piece
Butter 1 tablespoon
Parsley 3 pieces
Salt pepper
Preparation:
Mushrooms rinse under running water, wipe them and cut into large pieces.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter and fry the minced garlic for about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, fry and add washed and finely chopped parsley. Fill with wine and put the stew under the closed lid for about 5 minutes.
Pour over the cream and mix. Salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, boil the water, dilute the broth cubes in it.
In the saucepan, heat the olive oil. Cut the onion and sauté it in butter for about 3 minutes. Fill this mixture with rice and mix well. Add white wine.
Spoon the broth in a mixture of rice and onions until the rice is ready.
Add mushrooms and a half-grated parmesan. Wait 2 minutes and mix well. Serve on the table in a hot form, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan
