Super Exotic Granola Parfai

Ingredients:

For Granola:

• ¼ Cup Organic Honey
• 1/5-1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
• 1 - 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• One half-Two Cup Rolled Oats
• Half Cup Walnuts chopped

For parfaits:

• 3-4 Cups Blackberries
• ¼ Cup Organic Honey
• Four-five Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Instructions:

1. Assemble all the ingredients at one place.
2. Start by turning the oven to 335 degrees.
3. Mix the granola in a large bowl, and spread it onto a lined pan usually with ready to use parchment paper.
4. Now we can proceed to the next most important step.
5. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
6. Make sure to whisk every fifteen minutes to prevent sticking.
7. One thing remains to be done now.
8. Wait till it has turned a bit golden.
9. Layer the yogurt, Honey, fruit, and granola in mason jars.
10. Smell the aroma and now serve.
